Help & support
Updated October 5, 2026A novel from your idea
Start with an idea, characters or a conversation with the story assistant. Choose a proposed story, review the cost and start your book. Books unfold one chapter at a time. Included sample stories are excerpts you can read without generating a book. AI stories can contain mistakes.
Your book’s language
Choose English or French when setting up a new book. The book keeps that language for later chapters. Changing the app’s language in iOS Settings does not translate existing books.
Plans and purchases
Premium includes 10 chapters, 150 chat replies, 30 images and five story proposals per monthly period. Included allowances renew each period and do not roll over. Credit packs contain 60 permanent credits; a chapter uses 10 credits. Check the price and allowances shown in the app before authorizing generation. Apple shows the actual price and currency for your storefront.
Manage a subscription
Use iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions to manage or cancel Premium. Cancellation stops future renewal; deleting the app or your Storybible account does not cancel the subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the reading plans screen for supported purchases. If a purchase is missing, use the same Apple Account and Storybible account that made it.
When generation stalls
Return to your library to check progress. Your request is saved on the server, so do not purchase the same chapter again while it is being prepared. A failed chapter releases its unused credit hold. Included illustration failures do not prevent you from reading the chapter. Contact support if the status remains stuck.
Privacy and account deletion
Open Your account → Privacy & AI to control sharing with OpenAI. Open Your account → Delete account to request permanent deletion. Save anything you want to keep first. Unused credits and allowances are lost when the account is deleted. If you signed in with Apple, also remove Storybible from Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.
